Great IE8 News For Developers

In a posting today on the IE Blog, Microsoft announced that they've had a change of heart and that IE8 will by default render pages in the most web standards compliant way it can. This is fantastic news for web developers, since we will not have to insert meta-tags into our pages to tell IE8 to be standards compliant. It looks like Microsoft is finally seeing the light and listening to the needs of the development community.
