Some Site Changes/Hiccups

I've been working a bit on the site this week, trying to optimize some of the infrastructure and make a few visual upgrades. I've expanded the width of the site to assume at least a 1024 pixel browser width and have done some work on the top banner and page background. I've also condensed some of my CSS. These changes should make for slightly faster page loads.

For the most part, things have turned out well, but IE users may notice a few hiccups, especially IE6 users. I won't get started on my anti-IE rant again, but just be aware there are some known issues right now. I'll see what I can do to address them.
