Coderific: Developers Rate Employers

This week a former co-worker of mine turned me on to a new web site called Coderific. This is a site that lets software developers rate employers in a number of areas. Ratings can be submitted anonymously if you prefer. It also provides lists of the best and worst rated employers. Presently there aren’t a lot of ratings, but this seems like something that might take off if enough people take advantage of it. Worth a look in my opinion.
