Senator Franken? Looks Like It

05 Jan 2009

Well, it looks like the fix is officially in. Barring any last-minute legal wrangling, we're in for at least 6 years of "representation" from Al Franken. Here's the best piece I've read on the dubious results of the election, from the Wall Street Journal no less:

MN Democrats Raise Our Taxes

26 Feb 2008

Today Minnesota Democrats (DFL) are gushing and falling all over themselves with glee. I Guess I'm Voting For Hillary

27 Nov 2007

Some people prefer to think for themselves, but for my money there's no greater source of political insight than Barbra Streisand. Always in touch with the common man, she's consistently demonstrated she has an unwavering vision for our country. When she says "jump", I say "how high". I've been waiting with bated breath for Ms. Streisand to formally announce her choice for the President of the United States, and I'm extremely proud to report that today is the day of the great unveiling. She has given Hillary Clinton the honor of her support. Therefore, I'm proud to announce that I'll be casting my ballot for Hillary in 2008. How can one possibly go wrong when following the lead of one the great political pundits of our time?

Yes, in case there was any doubt, this is called sarcasm.
